We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality to join our team. As the Director of Quality & Behavioral Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a critical role that requires strong knowledge of quality assurance, Medicaid regulations, CARF, ISDOH, and other quality control measures.

Bachelor's in relevant field
Citizenship, visa and other documentation required
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid, ISDOH and other relevant quality control measures
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify areas of non-compliance and develop effective solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to fabricate strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant quality control standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all aspects of the organization's operations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes related to compliance activities
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or complaints
- Maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors
Organizational Skills, Analysis skills, and Quality Assurance
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, etc.
- or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quality assurance and or behavioral management.
