Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field.

Experience Requirements
Appropriate experience may be accepted in lieu of any Education Requirements

Experience in Human Services including management/supervisory experience. Positive orientation to supervision and management. Key skill areas include planning, teamwork, coordination of staff activities across multiple projects, communication, knowledge and use of computer hardware and software, knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, and a commitment to excellence and improvement.

Responsibilities

Directly supervises and trains assigned Managers and Coordinators in assigned programs.
2. Hires, evaluates, and disciplines assigned staff members according to approved policies and procedures.
3. Ensures assigned supervisory staff hires, evaluates, and disciplines assigned staff members according to approved policies and procedures.
4. Develops, revises, and updates procedure manuals pertinent to areas of responsibility.
5. Serves as liaison to the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities, Family & Social Services Administration, and other organizations regarding consumer and agency needs and services.
6. Shares information and implements current program trends, best practices, and emerging practices in human services.
7. Vigorously participates in the annual planning and budgeting processes as directed by the CEO.
