Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are supported to gain greater independence in their day to day lives.
With no two people needing assistance with the exact same support, Community Living is tailored to a person’s needs. Support can be a few hours a week or 24/7. Services are provided throughout north central Indiana. We support men and women as they choose a place to live and continue to work with them as they learn how to maintain their own homes. Direct support professionals provide support as these individuals learn to do the everyday things that come with living in their own apartments and/or houses.
