Our residential homes provide 24-hour support to individuals (ages 18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Skilled Direct Support Professionals provide personal care and community involvement. This includes assistance with bathing, dressing, range of motion exercises, sensory programs, and behavioral support.
Group homes are available for men and women who meet State Medicaid Level of Care requirements and have support needs that require 24-hour supervision and intense active treatment.
In our Logansport location, we have four group homes (two for men and two for women).
In our Winamac location, we have two group homs (one co-ed and for for men only).
