Job Coach - Plymouth

Providing client with the highest quality of support and services is the focus of the Job Coach. Acceptance of responsibility for the direction, control and planning of an activity, interest in listening and exploring a person’s opinion for career opportunities and in dealing with a wide variety of people are desirable temperaments for this position Advocacy—Assists client with achieving personal goals; works on behalf of client to overcome barriers; helps client participate in activities of their choice; respects Client’s personal beliefs, choices, and interests Professional Behavior—Acts in a professional manner and communicates effectively with others; completes all required training programs, at least 24 hours annually; attends required meetings

Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We strive to help our clients live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Depending on the needs of the client, DSPs aid with life skill development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral development. DSPs work in a number of settings including Group Homes (small residential homes that serve 2-8 people), Day Programs (life skills, pre-employment training, work services and habilitation programming), Home and Community Based Services (in-home care and supports) and Vocational Habilitation (job skill training and job placement).

Coordinator - Supervised Group Living

Coordinators provide support to adults with medical and/or physical and developmental disabilities. Coordinators will provide direct support to the client’s 80% of the time, while 20% will be for supervisory duties. We strive to help our clients live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Depending on the needs of the clients, Coordinators aid with living skills development, health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral development. Coordinators are expected to be in the home for the majority of their work time, except for appointments for the clients. Coordinators are expected to be in the home until 8 p.m. to provide adequate supervision of the staff that they are assigned to supervise. The Residential Manager or Director may adjust working hours to align with Agency needs.

Direct Support Professional (Winamac, IN)

Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) provide services to children and adults with medical and/or physical and developmental disabilities. We strive to help our client live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Depending on the needs of the client, Direct Support Professionals provide assistance with living skills development, health maintenance and medication administration, personal care, and behavioral development.

Work Hours: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Evening shift, Night shift, Overnight shift, Weekends as needed. Overnight Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred).
CNAs- Logansport
